About Me
From a 16-year-old electrical apprentice in the UK to a Global Chief of Staff in Australia, my 37-year career at Jaguar and Ford Motor Company is a testament to the power of resilient, heart-centered leadership.
Navigating the high-stakes automotive industry across five continents—including the UK, Australia, Thailand, South Africa, and Argentina—I played a pivotal role in the global success of the Ranger and Everest programs.
My focus has always been about cultivating thriving, diverse teams in demanding environments.Throughout my journey, I have been deeply committed to mentoring everyone from first-year graduates to senior management.
This dedication led to the launch of my coaching business, “Commanding with Care,” specifically designed for women navigating male-dominated industries who are wanting to get their first step into the leadership ladder or are new leaders.
I bridge the gap between strategic strength and empathy, helping women identify their unique strengths and build the unshakeable self-belief required to own their seat at the table.
Now transitioned from the corporate work space to full-time coaching, my mission is to leave a lasting legacy. Through “Commanding with Care,” I empower women to ascend the corporate ladder with the right strategies and support networks, ensuring they lead with impact and bring others along for the ride.
